WHO WE ARE

Why an International Agency Built an Academy in Sreemangal

NeedTech IT was founded as an international digital solutions agency, serving clients globally with high-impact web design, AI integration, and growth marketing via needtechit.com.

While building production projects for global businesses, we recognized a major challenge in Bangladesh: conventional academic training centers were teaching outdated theories that failed in real-world freelance marketplaces. We decided to bridge this gap by establishing our Bangladesh training division in Sreemangal, Sylhet (bd.needtechit.com).

Today, students at NeedTech IT learn using the exact commercial frameworks, tools, and AI software that our agency team uses on international client engagements.

Agency-Standard Training

“Trained on production workflows, not outdated theories.”

Real Client Portfolios

“Build verifiable live projects that prove capability to foreign clients.”
